Want to know what foot problems do podiatrists treat before you book an appointment?
The human foot is a complex, mechanical structure made up of over 100 tendons, muscles, and ligaments, 26 bones, 33 joints, and other supporting structures and skin & toenails. Daily pressure is constant on the feet, sometimes in poorly fitting shoes, and with so much use and complexity, it is no surprise there is a long list of potential podiatry health issues or conditions someone can have with their feet, ankles and lower limbs that require professional foot care.
